It is one hour with a poet, teaching artist, published author, community educator, and person who has spent her entire life moving between worlds — the Bronx and the Caribbean, the literary and the institutional, the page and the community, the grief and the survival.

I have facilitated workshops in schools, hospitals, elderly homes, and community spaces. I have published in 20+ literary journals and written two books. I have homeschooled my children, navigated grant systems, built a subscription business from recycled book pages and a wax seal, and written my way through everything this life has handed me.

Bring whatever you need to that hour.
